Each electrofusion fitting can be welded twofold:
- by reading a barcode, which contains all necessary welding parameters;
- by manually entering parameters from the fitting.
Electrofusion fittings are manufactured using highest quality materials and cutting-edge technology. They do not contain harmful substances, which allows for their application in water, gas, sewage and industrial pipe networks. Electrofusion is a modern technology producing a strong, durable and safe joint for polyethylene PE80 and PE100 pipes of SDR17 and SDR11 type. The resistive heating coil inside our fittings is plated with a thin layer of polyethylene, which protects the coil and prevents mechanical damage during the welding process when pipe ends are inserted into the fitting.
